PAPSTAR installed Toshiba B-SX4 RFID-enabled barcode printers at their central warehousing centre, seamlessly linking in with the company's SAP business suite.

First Great Western, which operates high speed, commuter, regional and branch line train services, were looking for a robust and reliable solution to print tickets for their reserved seat service.
“The BCI functionality of the Toshiba B-SA4 printers made the upgrade from our original dot-matrix printers easy to achieve and allowed the continous use of our existing software“, said Zoe Hennings, Yield Manager at First Great Western. “Added to this the B-SA4 is easy to use with a simple media path and auto-calibration functionality. The compact footprint of the printer allowed easy integration into tight spaces - an important factor in small crowded tickets offices“.
