Note on printing with ARM - Based Windows and Microsoft IPP Class Driver (MFP products)

If you are using the ARM version of Windows, or if "Windows Protected Print Mode" is enabled on your PC (*1), you can use the IPP Class Driver that comes with Windows (*2*3).
Please refer to this document for our MFPs that can use IPP Class Driver and how to configure IPP Class Driver.
- *1: For more information on "Windows Protected Print Mode", please refer to this page: Notes on "Windows Protected Print Mode" implemented in Windows 11 24H2
- *2: There are limitations to the functions available in the IPP Class Driver.
- *3 The TOSHIBA Print Support Application, which expands the printing functions available for some models, will be released in October 2025 and January 2026, and the corresponding functions will be expanded thereafter.

Availability of Microsoft IPP Class Driver for Label Printer Products
As of October 2025, our label printer products are not compatible with printing via the Windows IPP Class Driver. We are conducting a thorough review to implement support in upcoming updates.

- Click Start - Settings.
- Click on System - About.
- Check the System type on the About screen.
- If it says "64-bit operating system, ARM-based processor", your PC is on the ARM64 architecture.
