The Board also named Scott Maccabe as President and Chief Executive Officer effective August 1. Additionally, Maccabe will serve on the Board of Directors for Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, Inc.

Scott Maccabe succeeds former President and CEO Steven D. Ladwig, who led the transition of the retail store solutions business from IBM to Toshiba Tec and the establishment of Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions worldwide.
