Thank you for your choice of our printing products.

We would like to inform that TOSHIBA TEC terminates the on-going support of Windows XP for our printing products.
As already announced on April 9, 2014 (Japan time), Microsoft Corporation ended support for Windows XP. Following this, the support of Windows XP for our printing products and related software are terminated. From this announcement, TOSHIBA TEC will stop the update of the following printing products and software and will not be accepting of the support inquiries for Windows XP.
